Malaysia is a fascinating and enchanting nation of different races, cultures and religions, co-existing in harmony in a tropical paradise in the heart of Southeast Asia. The peninsula is a multicultural buffet of Malay, Chinese and Indian flavours while Borneo hosts a wild jungle smorgasbord of orang-utans, granite peaks and remote tribes. Within and throughout these two very different regions are an impressive variety of microcosms ranging from the space-age high-rises of Kuala Lumpur to the smiling longhouse villages of Sarawak and the calm, powdery beaches of beautiful islands!

Trips and tours

There are many types of holiday destinations you can enjoy. Take your pick from tropical island paradises, green rolling highlands, 4X4 off road adventure tours, historical sites, theme parks and many more. Whichever type of holiday you choose, if you plan your holiday well to fit your budget, you'll truly have an enjoyable and invigorating experience. Off peak seasons give you the best holiday deals!
One option to enjoy your trip is to join guided tours. Check if your tour package provides full meals, extra beds and transfers from the jetty or airport. Otherwise, bring extra money if they are not included.
Alternatively, book a free and easy room stay package and have fun exploring your choice destination on your own terms, but be sure to find out about the places of interest and things you can do before you get there so you don't miss out on anything.

Accommodation |
|
Choices of accommodation range from budget to 5-star hotels, homestays, chalets, and backpackers' hostels. Homestays, chalets and backpackers' hostels are a great and more economical way to enjoy the company of friends.
A homestay is essentially a house, and usually provides you with beds for 4 or more persons, bathrooms and cooking facilities. Some homestays have air conditioners in the bedrooms and/ or living room. You can plan for more than a days' stay and share the total cost amongst your friends.
You can rent chalets on most island, beach, riverside, or lakeside destinations. They are perfect for people who would rather go out and have some water sport fun at daytime as they are very basic accommodations with ceiling fans. There are usually restaurants or cafes nearby serving fresh seafood.
